Hyvä vuosi on nyt takana päin. Opasvuodesta jäi käteen lukemattomien hauskojen hetkien ja muistojen, ulkomaisen työkokemuksen ja asumisen lisäksi mm. advanced avovesisukeltajan lupa, sujuva englannin ja melkoisesti parantunut ruotsin kielen taito, ja tasapainona myös huonontunut suomen kielen taito (en ole edes varma pitäisikö 'suomen kielen taito' kirjoittaa yhteen vai erikseen, eikä mieleen tuu yhtäkään kelpoa muistisääntöä, jolla kieliopin vois tarkistaa...), rusketus, paljon tuttuja ja jopa muutamia ystäviä, laajentunut maantietous Kreikan ja Etelä-Aasian osalta, etc... Opin myös ajamaan vasemmanpuoleisessa liikenteessä ja tekemään kalanruotoletin. Ja sanomaan thaiksi päivää sekä mitä kuuluu ja minne olen menossa.
Tiedän, että nyt riittää, mutta tiedän myös, että tulen kaipaamaan niin Rhodosta kuin Koh Lantaakin ja Thaimaata. Ninen sanoja lainaten silti, ''If I never see a thai again, it's... OK.''
Mutta suurin kiitos tiimeille. Teette tästä parhaan työn ikinä!

It's time to update the keychain. It's time to pack yourself in to thirty kilos. It's time to change to the woods without leaves.
It's been a good year! From a year as a guide I got a lot of new funny memories and many happy moments. I didn't get only experience of working and living abroad but also for example: advanced open water diver card, fluent english and a better swedish, ofcourse as a minus also a bit worse finnish (I'm not even sure how to write some words anymore...), a tan, many aquaintances and many friends, wider knowledge of Greece and Asia's geography, and so on... I also learn to drive in the left hand sided traffic and do a fishbone brade. And to say 'hello', 'how are you' and 'where you are going' in thai.
I know that it's enough now, but I also know I'll miss both Rhodes and Koh Lanta and Thailand also. Quoting Nine anyway, 'If I never see a thai again, it's... OK.''
